This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act («FAA»), with the laws of the State of Michigan governing the enforceability of this provision as a contract. TCPA claims must be brought individually; neither you nor Green Arrow may join or consolidate claims in arbitration, act as a class representative, or participate as a member of a class. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial for TCPA-related claims.

All other claims arising under these Terms or from use of the Website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Detroit, Michigan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts for such purposes.
